The children of the drop out school are being highly encouraged and motivated on their studies and extracurricular activities. The teachers performed a hard task to enrich our children’s knowledge. The regular attendance of our children in both the drop out school and in their regular school is very appreciable. Actually, the competitive attitude has grown among our children and their achievement in the school final examination proved the same.
Around 40 children from 6th grade to 9th grade are covered under this scheme. Due to reasons of poverty and child labor, they were not in a situation to continue their schooling. We found those children and made them join in our drop out school. We help the children to pursue their schooling again and train them in our drop out school as well. They are being highly encouraged and motivated on their studies and extracurricular activities. Our teachers are performing their utmost to enrich our children’s knowledge. The regular attendance of our children in both the drop out school and in their regular school is very appreciable. The regular government school teachers are appreciating the performance of the children from our drop out school and they want our students to continue their studies next level. We find gradual increase of knowledge in both school curriculum and extracurricular activities. We hope that we can promote more skill in this current year along with the additional vocational training to the children. As per our need we got permission from the Government school authorities to make our children to play in the school grounds. Our newly proposed center is also nearer to the Government Higher Secondary. As per our goal all the children have passed their grades and scored well. We do have regular follow ups and instructed our outgoing children to have contact with us every month. After the end of every examination our staff have accepted to visit our children and note the progress of their studies. We also promised their parents to look after their children’s graduate studies if they are willing.
Our tutors teach all the subjects included in children's curriculum and help our children with thier home works. Regarding co-curricular activities we teach our children to promote their skills in drawing, writing, speaking,dancing and acting. Outdoor games like Football, Throwball, Badminton and Skipping & indoor games like Carrom, Chess are also included. We conduct competitions among our students encourage them by providing small awards and rewards.
